changes required to convert to Echo v5 e05b34a866
inserted the timeout hooks d309b90953
timeout values now in config 53ee2281bc
worked in the timeout and panic protection for AmWrap and friends e962c4d0c5
incorporated more configuration values into the timeout and panic recovery code d3e89b886e
